Here is one simple technique to FORCE yourself to quit smoking marijuana FAST!

1) Write down a list of people you respect & admire personally.

2) Set a SPECIFIC date that you want to quit smoking marijuana forever.

3) Tell all the people in your list that you will quit smoking weed by that specific date.

This 3-step strategy is VERY effective because it can FORCE you to go out and stop smoking weed.

Humans are motivated to stay congruent to who they are and what they say. Once you state that you will quit up to 10 to 20 people, then you will do whatever it takes to stay CONGRUENT to what you said.

By not quitting, you will feel very incongruent and we all don’t want to stay incongruent.

You will fight and do whatever it takes to PROVE that you are a man or woman of YOUR WORD.

So go out there and TELL everyone that you will quit smoking pot starting today!

One thing you can do to jump-start your success to quitting smoking marijuana is to WRITE DOWN YOUR GOAL on paper.

That’s right. Too many people talk about quitting smoking weed or dream about but they don’t write it on paper.

Studies have shown that when you write a goal down, you will more likely have a chance to achieve that goal.

…Even for me, I wrote my goal down about 3 months before I quit. I think I was high when I wrote it too! LOL!

But guess what. It eventually led me to quit smoking marijuana once and for all!

So starting today, get a piece of paper, write down your goal to quit smoking weed.

Also, write down the DATE you want to achieve this goal by and also write down WHY you want to quit smoking marijuana.

After this is done, make sure to read that goal EVERY single day! This will shift your mindset to really become serious about quitting weed.
